However, customization can't be quantified. Sometimes, a game's appeal comes from players' willingness to experiment. If an item restores an unused ability or enhances a unique combo, it can make players feel good about themselves. If players demonstrate this ability, they can recruit them throughout the season. If Season 10 gets its own special item design, they might be able to continue this trend.
First impressions matter. If the gear is good enough, it will be used in various games for years to come. Otherwise, it might take a few games to get a chance.
